What: The Oklahoma Video Game Exhibition is a gathering of classic gaming collectors, displaying, playing, buying, selling, and trading video games and systems with plenty of exhibitors and vendors present to display their collections and wares. Lots of video game systems both classic and modern will be on display for show and hands on play with gaming tournaments and prize drawings throughout the day. The success and enthusiasm of past shows has been overwhelming!

Where: The OVGE will be held in the downstairs Council Oaks Ballroom at the Marriott Southern Hills Hotel in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The location is easily accessed from major expressways and is located ideally in the Southern Tulsa area. We are proud to host the only video gaming show of this kind in the mid-America/South region where gamers and collectors from Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and even further attend.

When: Saturday August 9, 2008. Set up for vendors and exhibitors is available on Friday August 8th in the evening and Saturday morning from 7:00AM to 9:00AM. The doors will open to the public at 9:00AM Saturday for the event and remain open until 7:00PM. Teardown is from 7:00PM to 11:00PM.

Admission: is $3.00 to the general public. Children 7 and under are FREE.

Event Pricing: Tables for vendors and exhibitors are $35.00 per 8' foot table and $30.00 per 6' foot table. Electrical power will be available to most tables with other services available for additional cost. Contact us with any specific needs you may require.

OVGE Classic Gaming Tournament - Consists of three timed games on three different consoles for three minutes each. Winner takes all!
