This year's event will be held in the 5300 square foot spacious C, D, & E Salons of the Council Oak Ballroom on the first floor level of the Marriott Southern Hills Hotel in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The Marriott and the Council Oak Ballroom are very ideal for this event with the facilities, overall space, parking, location and amenities. We are excited to be able to bring the OVGE back to the Marriott for our 5th event!

The Marriott is located in southwest Tulsa just a few miles East of I-75. The Hotel is located just minutes from some of Tulsa's finest restaurants and other entertainment attractions like Belle's Amusement Park, The Oklahoma Aquarium, Tulsa Cinemark IMAX Theatre, and Woodland Hills Mall. If coming in from Tulsa International Airport, there is a complimentary shuttle available for those staying at the Marriott. For everyone else, take I-75 South until you get to the Eastbound 71st Street exit lane. From there turn onto 71st St going east. The Marriott is located just over a mile to your right on 71st Street.
